Last year, I decided to skip the turkey because I'm the only one in my family who actually likes Turkey. This year will be the same.
Costco's Rib Oven Roast. Usually I cook up a 1kg steak (inspired by Rajio's 1kg steak) , but last year, I cooked this 3.5kg monster. This year, I'll try a 4kg roast.
Unwrapped the thing, leaving it to dry out a bit tonight, just in the fridge, uncovered (two nights before cooking. Flip through the pics, you'll see an ishobin (1.8 litre sake bottle) of Koshi No Kanbai to give you a sense of scale.
